Shipping & Tracking

When will you process the shipment?

Orders will only be shipped on business days,which are Monday-Friday.

When will I receive the goods?

US Domestic Shipping:
2-3 days for express shipping method.
5-8 days for USPS free standard shipping way.

International Shipping:
2-3 weeks for international shipments.

How should I check my order status?

An email with tracking information will be sent after shipment, if not received, please check your spam list first or contact our customer service to get the tracking information.

What payment forms you accept?

Why does my card fail to pay?

What should I do if your order payment is made without my authorization?

Please email our customer support ASAP to report this order.
This order will be cancelled and you can get your money back if it has not been shipped.
If it has been shipped, we will try to give you a satisfied answer.

Return & Refund

Each single item will be inspected and tested rigorously before shipment; we strive to make you happy with every purchase.
Every item we sell comes with a one year warranty.
Not 100% satisfied with your item? We will make it right.

Check below information you may care:

Will you accept returns of all products, or only defective ones?

Please check your package carefully upon arrival.
If items are damaged, partial missed, non-working or under your expectations, please email our customer service at cs@biglaserpointers.com for a return authorization within 30 days of receipt.

Can you provide a prepaid return shipping label?

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, return shipping label will not be provided.
If our lasers fail to work, please cover the shipping cost in advance, we will reimburse you upon different situation.

Where do I need to return the items?

You need to return items to our CHINA factory, where our QA team have ability to test and repair.
Please DON'T return your package to any address indicated on the shipping label of the package received or office address shown on website page.
Email our customer support to get a RMA number and return address if you need.

When can I receive the refund?

Once refund is issued, you will expect to receive the refund in 3-5 business days.
